Shipping

Most parcels generally take 5  to 10 days.  The cost for an Airmail parcel (1st 250g) is AU$20 Worldwide and includes insurance up to AU$100. Additional insurance is available at AU$2.50/AU$100 or part thereof.
There are a few countries where insured airmail (and therefore tracking) is not available, these include Canada, Germany, Israel and Philippines. We will only deliver by Courier (or Registered Airmail where available) to these countries.

Most parcels generally take 5  to 10 days.  The cost for a Registered Airmail parcel (1st 500g) is AU$25 Worldwide but insurance is NOT available with this service. It does however offer Recorded Delivery to most of the countries not covered by International Insured Airmail

Most parcels generally take 5 to 7 days.  The cost for a Courier parcel (1st 500g) is AU$65 Worldwide and includes insurance up to AU$100. Additional insurance is available at AU$2.50/AU$100 or part thereof.

Registered Postage & Packing (1st 250g) within Australia is AU$10.00 and includes insurance up to AU$100. Additional unsurance is available at A$1.45 per AU$100 value.

Availability

Before sending money for an item, please ensure its availability by e-mail, phone or fax.  The item can then be reserved in your name.

Payment

We only accept payment by the following methods;

Bank Cheque

Bank Cheques should be made out in Australian Dollars and be made payable to Melbourne Vintage Pens and drawn on an Australian bank.

Bank Transfer

Cash

By arrangement only.

Visa and MasterCard are the only directly acceptable cards.  Please do not remit your credit card details by e-mail.  Details including card type, card number, card holder name,  expiry date, CCV code and signature should be faxed to Melbourne Vintage Pens.  Please include your fax and telephone numbers for confirmation.  Note that Credit Card Transactions  can only be processed in Australian Dollars.
