Condition

All items have been professionally restored/serviced where necessary and are guaranteed to be in full working order unless otherwise noted

Currency 

 All prices are expressed in US Dollars (US$).  For conversion from or to other currencies use the xe.com Universal Currency ConverterTM.

Shipping

 We do not ship to Indonesia and certain other countries.

International
Air Mail 

Most parcels generally take 5  to 10 days.  The cost for an Airmail parcel (1st 250g) is US$15 Worldwide and includes insurance up to US$100. Additional insurance is available at US$2/US$100 or part thereof.
There are a few countries where insured airmail (and therefore tracking) is not available, these include Canada, Germany, Israel and Philippines. We will only deliver by Courier to these countries.

Courier

Most parcels generally take 5 to 7 days.  The cost for a Courier parcel (1st 500g) is US$47 Worldwide and includes insurance up to US$100. Additional insurance is available at US$2/US$100 or part thereof.

Local
Registered

Registered Postage & Packing (1st 250g) within Australia is A$8.00 with insurance an extra A$1.20 per A$100 value.

Availability

Before sending money for an item, please ensure its availability by e-mail, phone or fax.  The item can then be reserved in your name.

Payment

We only accept payment by the following methods;

Bank Cheque

Bank Cheques should be made out in Australian Dollars and be made payable to Melbourne Vintage Pens.

Bank Transfer

In Australian Dollars.  For full details please email in the first instance - pford@vintagepens.com.au

Cash

By arrangement only.
Credit Cards

Visa and MasterCard are the only directly acceptable cards.  Please do not remit your credit card details by e-mail.  Details including card type, card number, card holder name,  expiry date, CCV code and signature should be faxed to Melbourne Vintage Pens.  Please include your fax and telephone numbers for confirmation.  Note that Credit Card Transactions  can only be processed in Australian Dollars. We use the xe.com Universal Currency ConverterTM to determine the appropriate rate.  Use our FAX ORDER FORM

PayPal

We accept PayPal payments to the following account - pford@vintagepens.com.au

Refund Policy

 We will refund monies paid (less shipping) on goods returned promptly, and received in the condition in which we sent them out.  Please notify us within three days of receipt by e-mail if you are returning goods.  

Ordering for Delivery to an Australian Address

Please add 10% GST to all quoted prices for delivery within Australia.

GST - Australian Goods & Services Tax DOES NOT apply to Export Sales (goods delivered outside Australia)
