Exotic Nibs
This month we have managed to find fifteen Parker 65's with exotic nibs. There are pens with Broad, Broad Stub and Broad Oblique nibs. These are desirable items and are not expected to last long.
Also available are a limited number of replacement complete nib units (nib, shell, collector and connector) available in Black, Maroon, Grey and Teal Blue, in various nib grades. Price and availability on request, let us know your preferences. Again, these are not expected to last long.

Well the sun's still shining, and Melbourne recently had its second hottest day ever recorded, 44ºC or 111ºF. Uncomfortable whichever way you look at it.
We have just completed an upgrade to our website, the next task is packing for the Los Angeles Pen Show. Most of the pen and pencil stock available on our website will be travelling with us, for sale in Los Angeles. We will only be checking our email every couple of days. Our last shipping date before we leave is 7 February and we will resume shipping on 19 February.

Parker 51 Comparison
Many have written already on the new Parker 51, some reviews are not all that complimentary. At a retail price of US$350 in USA and A$695 here in Australia, it makes the time proven Parker 51 of the 40's, 50's, 60's and early 70's a spectacular bargain, when you can find them in superlative condition for less than half of this price. We currently have 51's from US$80 in Excellent Condition.

3 & 4 Colour Pencils
Recently unearthed (ex-distributor), and just added is a small number of MINT, German made, four colour pencils by FEND. Made in the early 50's and possibly through to the 60's, these pencils are near impossible to find in this condition.
We also have a limited number of MINT, London 1948 Hallmarked, 14ct Gold "Fyne Poynt" pencils by Mabie Todd. The patterns on these pencils match Mabie Todd's "Swan" pens of the same era.
